A NEW DAY!

A new morning, cloudy sky
Shining hopes, in glittering eyes
Waking up amidst the light
Bringing out the warrior, to conquer the fight.

Wearing your shoes, tightening the belt
In the door stand emotions, demanding to be felt.
With a look in the mirror, you step ahead
Leaving your fears hidden under the bed.

People wait for you, applauding as you pass
Cause your failure, was indeed the last
The courage it took, to stand up and be brave
Will make people bow, while you lay in your grave.

New challenges, New rivals
Deliberately wait for your arrival
But the moment you enter, with your attitude
Every head is then bowed, as a gratitude.

Your courage reflects who you are
Making you shine like a moon, amidst the stars.
The fight you initiated, never will stop
Not even when you lay there, dead as a corpse.

But as the day ends, and you crawl in your bed
The fight begin again, between the words unsaid
You cry yourself to sleep, and hide your tears
Cause tomorrow will be a all new-day,
And you will again conquer your fears!
